The roof is one of the surfaces where a building loses the most heat. Properly applied thermal insulation lowers heating costs in winter and cooling costs in summer, reduces the risk of condensation and mould, and improves living comfort.

For attic (cold roof) and terrace (warm roof) applications, we recommend the material type and thickness suited to your building after an on-site survey. Combined with a waterproofing membrane, we build a complete system that controls both heat and water.

Solutions We Use

• Rock wool, glass wool and XPS/EPS board applications
• Attic mat and under-screed insulation options
• Laying of the waterproofing (breathable) membrane
• Vapour-balancing layer for condensation control
