Structures Ready for the Future
Steel-framed buildings easily adapt to changing needs over time. When designed correctly, it is possible to add horizontal and vertical extensions to steel buildings, add new floors, remove certain sections, or even dismantle the entire structure, move it elsewhere and reassemble it.
The 80–100 year service life of a steel skeleton can be extended further with periodic renewals. Repairing and reinforcing damaged or aging parts restores the structure to its full function and strength.
Flexibility and Repair
Thanks to its ability to deform, steel possesses fundamental properties at high levels that other building materials either lack or have only to a low degree. After earthquake deformation, the structure can continue its life simply by replacing the damaged parts.
Note: Steel structures cannot be produced and assembled without a project; they require qualified personnel. All our projects are planned and implemented with engineering approval.
